The excellent weather continued into Sunday for Lee and Helen's civil wedding ceremony and celebrations at Rogerthorpe Manor near Badsworth, Pontefract. Lee arrived courtesy of a Ferrari F430 Spider whilst Helen prepared in the bridal suite at Rogerthorpe. Following the ceremony and wedding breakfast we headed off to a different location for some further photos - see below.

Neil and Michelle were married at the Huntsman Inn just outside Holmfirth near Huddersfield. Following their ceremony Neil and Michelle released two white doves in the grounds of the Huntsman before continuing their wedding celebrations. During the evening the guests were treated to a late night surprise fireworks display.

The Parsonage at Escrick near York was the chosen location for James and Louise's wedding on Friday. The weather was excellent with bright blue skies and hot sun, thankfully the rear gardens of the Parsonage offer plenty of shade!

Wayne and Lucy will be marrying at The Craiglands Hotel

Paul and Ellen married on Friday at Gomersal Park Hotel near Dewsbury. A real hit and miss day with the weather proved a challenge, but it all paid off in the end!

A new Graphistudio display album for the office features a wedding from May at Waterton Park. The album is a 60 page album (30 double page spreads). Matthew and Ashley celebrated their wedding at Waterton park on Sunday. The guessers at the met office struck lucky and the days festivities were held under fluffy white clouds and  blue skies. Perfect wedding weather.

Catherine Added: I check out the blog every couple of weeks, so far I have not found a photo that I don’t like.  They are all outstanding.  I love the reflection of the bride and groom in the puddle photo and the one with the bride wearing wellies, fantastic way of making the most out of the weather.

I am so excited about you taking the photos for our wedding next year... I can’t wait to see what wonders you will come up with for ours. 
 

Gary and Jeni chose All Saints in Pontefract for their wedding ceremony before heading over to Rogerthrope for their wedding reception.

The weather held brilliantly and despite the best pessimistic guesswork of the met office everyone made it outside for drinks and photos.

All Saints Church is one of the best local churches for Photographs, the sand stone church has a rugged feel to the exterior whilst inside it's bright with plenty of space and now having shot plenty of weddings and built up a good level of trust, the vicar is excellent allowing me plenty of photo opportunities. There's almost a rant about non obliging vicars building so lets move onto some photos....

Matt and Jessica married on Monday at Waterton Park near Wakefield.

Jessica is originally from America where she and Matt first met, and although we all imagine the US to be bright and sunny her family assured me they were used to the wet weather on the day. Thankfully there was just enough respite for the photos, except the huge downpour which caught us under the arch near the waters edge. Thankfully the cameras are weather sealed!

Following the wedding breakfast guests were quickly back outside under clearer skies to take in the stunning views from the island and enjoy the evening Barbeque on the terrace outside Squires.

Mark and Melanie had a double celebration on Sunday at Waterton Park, following their civil wedding ceremony, Mark and Melanie held a baby naming ceremony for their daughter Ebony before moving onto the Island to continue their celebrations.

Richard and Kelly were married Saturday in a civil ceremony at Bagden Hall near Scissett. On the morning of the wedding Kelly had surprised Richard with their car, instead the best man driving they were treated to an Aston Martin for the journey from Leeds.

As the ceremony loomed, so too did lots of dark ominous clouds. As the ceremony started the heavens opened and the thunder rumbled away, however just fifteen minutes later and, just in time for the bride and groom to walk down the aisle, the skies were clear blue allowing the drinks reception and all the photos to take place outside. Yippee!

During John and Elizabeth's pre-wedding shoot earlier in the year it snowed, thankfully there was no such misfortune today (and being July you'd not really expect it!). The happy couple were married at Sykehouse Church near Askern before celebrating at the Mount Pleasant Hotel just south of Doncaster.

Having worked with John and Elizabeth before I knew the day would be good fun with plenty of photo opportunities....
