Questions you may have about Bridal Boudoir Photography

I'd be terribly self conscious, how undressed / revealing do I need to be?

Completely your choice, although a little risqué helps, there is no need to wear less than you would when on the beach. Clever posing, low lighting and photo retouching will have you looking your best.

How long does each photo shoot last?

Excluding Hair and make up time each photo shoot lasts around one hour. Unless you are having hair and make up completed by a booked stylist you'll need to arrive with it ready for the shoot.

I'm not getting married but would like to book a session, is this OK?

That's no problem at all, although the packages have been named Bridal Boudoir you don't need to be a bride to enjoy a photo shoot and come away with some great photographs. Even worse, if you are getting married and have  have booked another photographer for your wedding photos you can still book a a photo session!

What times can I book a photo shoot for?

Obviously if the shoot is being done as a surprise you'll need to organise it a time convenient to keep it under wraps, therefore the photo shoot can be booked for a time which suits you and your circumstances best.

Can I bring a change of outfits?

Definitely yes. There are changing facilities available. It doesn't need to be frilly, one of the hubby to be's shirts makes a great prop for the photos. Fun bikinis, chunky belts, strappy shoes or boots, and your planned wedding underwear are also a great idea.

Where do I see the photographs?

Your photographs will be available to view online in a secure gallery within a few days of the shoot. You set the password to the gallery so it is different to the one your wedding guests will eventually use! Your images do not appear in the Gallery or on the Blog without your prior consent.

Can I bring along a friend?

Yes that's fine. Why not bring a long some of your friends or bridal party and all  enjoy the benefits of a shoot. The Hen Package allows you to book a session for you and four friends for individual photos and includes a Black Book One for each of you. Each shoot is also attended by a female assistant.

What if I don't want an album, just a few photos?

A Bridal Boudoir session without an album costs £200 and includes a 12x8 framed photograph.

How do I book?

Either contact me via the website or call on 07905853155 to book your session. The session is paid for in full at the time of booking.

What if need to cancel or reschedule?

Each Bridal Boudoir photo shoot session is to be paid for in full at the time of booking. Each session is charged on the basis of the chosen album, the first £100 of this is classed as a retainer to guarantee your booking and shoot time. In the event of the customer cancelling the session without rescheduling this retainer is non refundable. Any cancellation within five days of the shoot will be subject a refund of 50% of any monies paid minus the retainer.
